Terms & Conditions

1.1. The Parties: "We," "us," "our," and the "Agency" refer to Travel Fares LLC (DBA TravoBooker.com). "You" or "Customer" refers to the user visiting our website or making a booking.

1.2. Agency Role: The Agency acts strictly as an independent, third-party intermediary and booking facilitator between you and third-party Suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators).

1.3. Limitation of Control: We do not own, operate, manage, or control any aircraft, hotels, or ground transportation. The actual contract for services is between you and the respective Supplier(s).

You may use our platform only to make legitimate inquiries or bookings. You agree not to:

• Make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
• Access, monitor, or copy content using robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means.
• "Frame," "mirror," or incorporate any part of this website without prior written authorization.
• Violate restrictions in robot exclusion headers or bypass security measures.

3.1. Pricing: All fares are subject to change and availability until a ticket number or formal supplier confirmation is issued.

3.2. Technical Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and provide a full refund.

3.3. Agency Service Fees: Total price includes base fare, supplier taxes/fees, and Agency service/processing fees.

• Procurement Service: Service fees are charged per passenger, per booking, and earned at the time of transaction.
• Non-Refundable: Agency service, booking, and convenience fees are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances.

4.1. Payment Methods: You must provide valid credit card or payment details, authorizing the Agency to charge the total booking amount.

4.2. Verification: We may request a government-issued ID and/or credit card authorization form before issuing tickets.

4.3. Split Charges: Your payment may appear as multiple charges—one from the Supplier and one from Travel Fares LLC for service fees.

• Good Faith Resolution: Contact Travel Fares LLC first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.
• Chargeback Waiver: You waive the right to dispute charges for reasons related to Supplier performance (e.g., airline cancellations, weather, bankruptcy).
• Invalid Disputes: Chargebacks for services rendered or legally disclosed non-refundable policies are considered fraudulent.
• Administrative Recovery Fee: An invalid chargeback incurs a $250.00 fee plus all legal and collection costs.
• Account Suspension: A chargeback may result in cancellation of current bookings and a permanent ban.

6.1. Most discounted tickets, hotel bookings, and packages are highly restrictive and often non-refundable.

6.2. Refunds, if permitted, generally take 30–90 business days or longer.

6.3. Agency Processing Fees:

• Cancellations: $50–$150 per passenger.
• Changes/Modifications: $25–$100 per passenger.

6.4. No-Shows: Failure to use booked services without prior notification results in 100% forfeiture.

6.5. Name Changes: Typically prohibited. Minor spelling corrections may incur both airline and Agency fees.

• Independent Supplier Rules: Each component is governed by its respective Supplier's terms.
• Itinerary Changes: Suppliers may alter itineraries or substitute equivalent hotels.
• Lead Passenger: Responsible for communicating all terms to other travelers.
• Supplier Insolvency: The Agency is not liable for financial loss if a Supplier ceases operations.

• Hotels: Star ratings are guidance only. A credit card is required at check-in for incidental charges.
• Car Rentals: Renters must meet the minimum age (usually 25+). A valid driver's license and credit card in the primary driver's name are required.

• Passports and Visas: You are responsible for valid travel documents. Passports must generally be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
• Entry Requirements: You are responsible for visas and meeting entry/health/vaccination requirements.

• Schedule Changes: Confirm flights directly with the airline 72 hours prior to departure.
• Delays: The Agency is not responsible for airline delays or missed connections.
• Baggage: Fees are not included unless stated. Hazardous materials are strictly forbidden onboard.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Fares LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages. In no event shall the Agency's total liability exceed the total amount paid by the Customer directly to Travel Fares LLC for the booking in question.

The Agency shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or civil disorder.

You agree to defend and indemnify Travel Fares LLC from any claims arising from (a) your breach of this Agreement; (b) your violation of law or third-party rights; or (c) your use of our website or services.

• Governing Law: The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
• Mandatory Arbitration / Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration. You waive any right to class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Travel Fares LLC is a registered Seller of Travel. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
